Our remote support service has the task of helping our employees when there are technical problems. So If you experience any problems with handling the system, please follow these steps:
1.- Send an email to TIC@grupocapvermell.com and describe the actual problem in a few words and tell us how often it is ocurring. Also add your name and your phone number. We will answer your request as soon as possible and within our service hours (9:00 to 19:00).
2.- When a member of our IT-staff is getting in contact with you, he will provide you with a 6-digit code. Please enter this code and click "Connect with IT" afterwards.
